• Andywayne video and photography reserves the right to be the sole Photographer & Videographer at your function.
• Please note we work on a first come first serve basis and unfortunately cannot hold any date without a deposit.
• A 50% deposit  is required to secure your booking.  Balance is due 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Deposits made to Andywayne are non refundable.  We do not accept cheques. Andywayne retains the copyright to the images and video and has the right to use any material captured, whether photography or videography based, including, but not limited to, use of such images in our blog, portfolio as well as marketing material and any other use that we deem suitable. Final products can be collected from Andywayne’s offices.

• Photos and DVDs not collected within 6 Months after wedding date will be forfeited.
• In the event you require changes or have discrepancies these can be sent to info@andywayne.co.za 3 days after collection, after this time period Dvds and photos cannot be rectified or changed.
• Additional dvd copies are sold at R250-00 each.
• In the event that the wedding date is changed after a booking has been made, and provided that andywayne is available a surcharge of R1500-00 will be applicable.
• In the event of a refund, wrong payment amounts etc we charge R500-00 admin fee.
• Engagement shoots are done Mondays to Fridays.
• Due to the nature of the product no work will be handed over until full payment is made.
• The 8 hour coverage at any function runs consecutively.
• Andywayne video and photography does not photograph any photo booths set up by clients or third parties but does recommend ooh la la photo booth.

• Additional hours at function are R850-00 per hour for both Videography and Photography.
• In the event that we require accommodation this is for the clients account and will be quoted separately.
• Travel is charged separately.
• Please note that upon payment you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and confirm you accept them.
